Eagles continue to fly high

CULLOWHEE, N.C. (AP) _ Teddy Craft caught a touchdown pass and returned a punt 53-yards for a score to lead Georgia Southern to a 38-to-16 win over Western Carolina. Jonathan Dudley kicked field goals of 22, 30, 41 and 21 yards for the Eagles, who scored 28 unanswered points after giving up a touchdown in the opening minute.

Western Carolina recovered a fumble on Georgia Southern's first play from scrimmage and scored on the next play. Catamounts quarterback Russell Hemby found Michael Reeder streaking down the right sideline for 46-yard touchdown.

Craft finished the game with five pass receptions for 108 yards. Jermaine Austin had 129 yards on 17 carries to lead an Eagles rushing attack that gained 276 yards.
