Albany -- Thanks to Dougherty County Sheriff's Investigators, a man is finally in custody for breaking into more than two dozen Albany stores.

 42 year old Rufus Anderson is charged with smashing windows at 14 stores, stealing cigarettes, money, and lottery tickets.

 Sheriff's Investigators got tips that Anderson was selling cigarettes on the street. They gave his name to Albany Police who picked him up.
