Albany-- A former Albany Police Officer is indicted for stealing an auto part.

Zach Bradford is charged with theft at the A&D Engine Rebuilders on Krug Street. Investigators say May 10th Bradford stole the hood mount off a 1968 Chevrolet Impala, after the owner would not sell it to him.

He was a Police Officer at the time. Bradford was fired by the Police Department in August.

Meanwhile, an Albany Fire Department Building Inspector is indicted on 23 counts of sexual exploitation of children.

David Lockette was arrested March 12th, and charged with making child pornography pictures and video tapes. Lockette is currently on house arrest. He has been suspended with pay by the Fire Department, but now that he has been indicted by the grand jury that pay will be stopped.

Lockette's wife Pamela was also indicted on four counts of hindering the investigation against her husband.
