Albany -- An increase in newly registered black voters in Georgia has some analyst predicting a high black turn out at the polls in November.

Since January, more than 34 percent of the newly registered voters in the state were black. Analysts say frustration over the war, the economy, and the 2000 presidential election is driving more blacks to vote.

"We can not sit by and wait and say I didn't vote. It's our right, and our vote counts as well as others." says African American voter Robert Jolly.

Monday is that last day to register to vote in Georgia for the November election.
