Albany--Senior quarterback Uyl Joyner was one of three Albany State players to be named player of the week in SIAC Monday. Joyner, the Offensive Player of the Week, threw for 217 yards and four touchdowns and ran for two more scores in ASU's 55-6 rout of Lane College Saturday.
Junior place kicker/punter Adrian Arango earns Special Team Player of the Week. Arango went six for seven on P.A.T's in the victory and had a long punt of 38 yards against the Dragons.
Finally, senior Rodney Magwood is the Offensive Lineman of the Week. Magwood was instrumental in helping the Rams total 489 yards of offense.
