Albany-- Police are looking for a man who's passing counterfeit money. They have a photograph of the man as he gave a fake ten dollar bill to a clerk at the Fast Break Convenience store on Old Dawson Road.

The clerk thought the bill looked fake. The man went and got more money from his truck, and the clerk kept the counterfeit bill and later called police.

"We would like to commend the store owners for having a great picture of the suspect," said APD Lt. Kenn Singleton. "In some case, the pictures are very distorted. So hopefully, some will be able to tell us who this gentleman is."

Another similar-looking counterfeit bill was used at Checker's Restaurant on North Slappey, but police aren't sure if the same man used that bill.
