Lenox- Paul Harvey, III beat incumbent Don Robinson in the Lenox mayor's race in November, but Robinson filed a challenge.
He claimed Harvey wasn't registered to vote in Lenox, and therefore wasn't a legitimate candidate.
The case went all the way to the state Supreme Court. The justices agreed Harvey wasn't registered and didn't meet the requirements to hold the office.
