Albany -- In Albany, people used the anniversary of September 11th to celebrate family.

The Albany Museum of Art combined their annual family day celebration with a tribute to 9-11. Visitors viewed Peace quilts, designed as a tribute to those who died on 9-11.

"This is the time that we all get to be Americans and I can't think of a better way of doing that than through the arts and individual arts, a wonderful way of coming together in that idea," says Arron Burger of the Albany Museum of Art.

Albany Police, firefighters and marines from MCLB were thanked for their service by visitors.
