Jacksonville-- Former Monroe High standout Anthony Maddox is back with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Jaguars fourth round draft pick was signed to their practice squad Wednesday after Jacksonville waived the defensive tackle out of Delta State back on Sunday when all NFL rosters had to be trimmed to 53 players.

Under NFL rules, teams can keep eight players on their practice or developmental roster and Maddox could be placed on the Jaguars roster if there is an opening due to injury.
