Louise Conoly Bunting, 93 of Emmett, Idaho died Friday, Sept. 3, 2004 in Emmett. A memorial service was conducted Tuesday at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Emmett. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM Friday, Sept. 10, 2004 at Oakview Cemetery in Albany.
Mrs. Bunting was born in Albany, April 19, 1911. She graduated from Albany High School and Georgia State College for Women with a degree in English Education. In 1937 she married Fred Cook Bunting, also from Albany. She taught elementary school in Mystic and Atlanta, Georgia, Wiesbaden, Germany and Denver, Colorado.
She lived in Tucson, Arizona for twelve years before moving to Emmett in 1999. Survivors include her daughter, Nancy V. Gedney and her husband, Curtis L. Gedney, MD of Emmett, ID, her grandchildren, Tisha Conoly Schuller, Marcy Clark Christner, Christina Raye Gedney and Matthew Curtis Gedney, her great grandsons, Drew Zachary Christner, Carter Jipson Schuller and Nicholas Ryan Christner, a brother-in-law, John M. Cole and a number of niece and nephews.
