Undated-- At least five deaths are being blamed on Frances.

An 18-year-old woman died after the car she was riding in hydroplaned and overturned about 1:30PM yesterday in southeast Georgia near Alma. The Georgia State Patrol says almost four inches of rain fell in the area.

Three more people were killed in a weather-related wreck in Taliaferro County. A Bibb County motorist died after the car hit a utility truck.
