Early County - A man is accused of killing his brother-in-law.

Fifty-five-year-old Henry Bivins was arrested for shooting 58-year-old Willie D. Williams in the chest with a shotgun.

Early County Investigators say Williams and Bivins were fighting Saturday night inside a Damascus home on Killebrew Road.

Bivins' nephew and niece, Michael and Jackie Collier, were arrested for tampering with evidence. They tried to hide the gun.

Bivins was charged with felony murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
