Americus-- South Georgia's most famous non-profit is facing internal struggles.

Disagreements between Habitat for Humanity's Board of Directors and its founder are heating up.

Now, the board is looking for a new leader.

Millard Fuller founded the Americus-based non-profit thirty years ago, spreading its home-building mission across the world.

Fuller and the Board have been fighting for months over who will succeed him and how to go about it.

Now, the Board has voted to appoint a committee to develop a plan to find Habitat's next leader.

Fuller had no comment today.
