Moultrie - Two home improvement chains are moving not only to the same small town, but they'll be neighbors.
Home Depot is expected to break ground soon, right next to Lowe's on Georgia 133 in Colquitt County.
Lowes is already clearing land. Both stores are expected to bring in 120 jobs each.
The retailers will also boost Colquitt Counties sales tax revenue.
