Thomasville - The Center is hosting the fundraiser to raise awareness of what programs they offer. Three bands will perform on the lawn of the cultural center, including a blues performance by the Jamie Eubanks Band.

Debi Alderman of the Thomasville Cultural Center says, "It's a community event to get everybody together and just have a good time. It's a family oriented event where they can bring children and I just hope everybody can come and have a good time."

Tickets are $10 dollars and $12 at the event for adults. Tickets are only $5 for children. Music Under the Oaks starts at 6 PM Saturday.
