Bainbridge - 35 year old Tracey Holowka was traveling East on the Highway Bypass 84 in Bainbridge, when a tractor trailer veered into her lane, and forced her off the road.
Holowka lost control of her motorcycle and was killed. A witness saw the truck driver, Paul Borum of Mountainburg, Arkansas, get out and look at Holowka, then get back into his truck and leave.
He later surrendered to Bainbridge police and has been charged with Vehicular Homicide.
