Albany - A man's body is found in Albany house, and Albany police aren't sure how he died. Police don't suspect foul play, but continue to investigate because of the man's unexplained death.

Sunday night, his covered body was removed by stretcher from apartment 125 B on Merritt Street with crowds of people watching. Police haven't released the victim's name, but say he was a black man possibly in his 40's. Police say he likely died sometime between Saturday night and Sunday morning.

It's unclear who notified the police about the body. His body is being sent to the crime lab to determine the exact cause of death.
