Albany -- Big changes to overtime pay starts Monday. New White House regulations in overtime pay rules take effect on Monday and the impact on workers remains to be seen.
The Labor Department says as many as 107,000 workers could lose overtime, but about 1.3 million could gain it. The overtime rules affect people who earn more than $23,600. Labor group argue more like 6 million Americans will lose overtime pay.
