Miller County-- At least four people have died on south Georgia roads this week after losing control of their vehicles and slamming into trees.
The latest happened around nine last night in Miller County. Thirty-nine-year-old Glen Russell Thompson, Junior died after he lost control of his Chevrolet truck on a curve on Johnny Freeman Road.
Thompson's truck struck a tree, and he was not wearing a seatbelt.
On Tuesday, another driver in Miller County died after striking a tree. Also on Tuesday, a driver and a passenger died the same way in Bainbridge.
