Bainbridge - 16 year old Jerrick Kirksey has been convicted of the June 2003 beating and stabbing death of 72-year old Karey Brock.
Assistant District Attorney, Joe Mulholland says, "Obviously in this kind of case when you have a murder, and a jury, you always want to have them deliberate and think about it and they've obviously done so."
Another teenager, 15 year old Quinton Jones will be tried in November.
Karey Brock was found dead in the bathroom of his home. He was beaten and stabbed. Investigators believe the teens were trying to rob him.
