Tift County- The wreck happened around lunch time, but did not hinder the flow of traffic.
The driver, 47 year old Joseph Peavy, of Columbus, was headed north on I-75 a few yards from exit 55 when he lost control of the crane he was driving.
"He advised that the truck got swirly on him and he ran off the east side of the road there off into the ditch and overturned right where it sitting," says Trooper David Beaver.
Peavy only suffered minor injuries and was transported to Tift Regional Medical Center. Troopers say he will not likely be charged.
