Albany- 42 year olds Gary Everson and Joseph Kersey are in the Dougherty County jail charged with aggravated assault.

Police say the two had been drinking and got into an argument just after midnight Sunday at an 11th Avenue home.

They say Kersey grabbed a knife and stabbed Everson in the thigh. Kersey suffered a laceration to the head. Both were treated and released into police custody.
