Leesburg- The runoff for a Lee County Commission seat is getting muddy.
Someone is putting up signs and handing out fliers that say "Vote No to Trailers and Yes to Jackie."
They're targeting Wally Roberts who owns a mobile home park on U.S. Highway 19. Roberts says he wants the race to focus on important issues.
"Now Jackie McCorkle just voted $1.2 million for a golf course," Roberts said. "That's a bigger budget for the fire department. That's a bigger budget than the EMT's."
We weren't able to reach Commissioner Jackie McCorkle Monday.
