Thousands stolen from Camilla business

Camilla - A south Georgia woman is charged with stealing more than 51-thousand dollars from her employer.

Forty-five-year-old Leigh Foe of Camilla worked at Camilla Builders Supply on East Oakland Avenue.

Foe is accused of forging the owners' name on checks and cashing them at banks between December 2000 and July 2004.

She's charged with five counts of forgery and one count of theft by taking, but more charges are pending.

Foe was released from jail on a $15,000 bond.
