Moultrie- The accident happened early Sunday morning, around 2 AM, near the intersection of 1st Avenue and 23rd Street.

22 year old Gustavio Moreno, of Moultrie, was walking down 1st Avenue. 23 year old Diana Galven didn't see him in the darkness, until it was too late. Galven tried to brake, but her Dodge Neon slammed into Moreno.

His leg was severely broken, and he remains at Colquitt Regional. Police say Galven wasn't speeding and didn't charge her in the accident.
