Albany- A strong storm caused big headaches for drivers in Albany Monday afternoon.
Power was knocked out to several intersections including the one at Slappey Boulevard and Dawson Road.
Albany police worked to keep the traffic flowing while crews repaired the lights. About two inches of rain fell quickly on the west side of town, flooding streets and slowing drivers.
