Albany - The Democratic Convention is not only for democrats.

Senator Saxby Chambliss, a Republican, will stop off at the convention in Boston.

His plans are not to interrupt the democrats show, but wants to make sure his party is represented. He will meet up with other republicans.

Senator Chambliss says, "We're part of the true squad, we're going to be there to make sure they tell the truth during the day that we're there. We've got about six of us that are going to be there off and on all week. Not really worried about them not telling the truth, but there are times we need to make sure we are getting our message out."

Senator Chambliss will leave Tuesday for the convention.
