Camilla- Even though he was chosen as an alternate Corey Wimberly, of Camilla, eagerly packed his bags as he awaited his chance to meet his political idol John Kerry.

"I don't think it's going to hit home until I actually step foot in Boston, and step foot in the Fleet Center. With all the other delegates and the candidate himself. I'm really looking forward to Thursday night when the candidate accepts the nomination," he says.

Wimberly will accompany Dr. Constance Burkes of Albany, Ashley Collier, and Rick Lassiter of Valdosta who were all elected to represent Georgia's Second Congressional District.
