Ft. Benning - Thousands of soldiers from Georgia are expected to head back to Iraq.

Four-thousand Ft. Benning soldiers that make up the Third Infantry Division's Third Brigade will leave between November and February.

The 3rd Infantry, based at Fort Stewart near Savannah, led the drive to Baghdad last year and played a major part in capturing Baghdad during wartime.

Now, they will go back as a part of the rotation cycle to relieve those who are currently in the Middle East.

The Brigade will train in Louisiana in August.
