Worth County - Election officials in Worth County say because of questions about vote reporting procedures there will be a recount Wednesday of all votes.
Supporters of Sheriff's candidates Tommy Adams are questioning a decision to allow a Worth County deputy to deliverer the results from 2 precincts.
"They are contesting the fact that I used an off duty deputy that was hired by me and took my oath, who was in plain clothes and did not use the sheriff's car," says Probate Judge Virginia Andrews.
The Judge has declared a recount to be held 3:00 Wednesday at the Worth County Courthouse.
