Tift County -- A Tift County School board member accused of blasting a man's car with a shotgun has been indicted. Richard Golden is charged with aggravated assault and felony criminal damage to property.

In April, Golden fired a shotgun into the car of a man he caught fishing at his private pond. Derrick Pettiford said he didn't know he was trespassing. Golden resigned as school board president after his arrest, but remains on the board.
