Albany-- Most people look forward to retirement, but one man was itching to get back to work.

Fred Freeney retired after 40 years in sales.  Now he delivers meals to homebound people everyday with the "Meals on Wheels" Program.

Freeney works for SOWEGA Council on Aging.  What was suppose to be a few hours a day has turned into much more, "Whatever effort I put forth I get repaid ten times. I just get a great feeling everyday, I have fun everyday at this, I just enjoy it, it is just plain fun."

For all his dedication, Freeney was just named the Employee of the Year for the SOWEGA Council on Aging.
