Moultrie-- Three people, including a toddler, are injured in a wreck Friday night in Moultrie. Now, charges are pending against the 17 year old driver, who caused the wreck.

The wreck happened around 7 PM Friday night on Quitman Highway in Moultrie. Twisted metal is all that is left of the Toyota Camery Felicia Kennedy, of Moultrie, was driving.

Kennedy was stopped on the highway waiting to make a left hand turn. 17 year-old Roy Pate didn't see Kennedy's car and slammed his truck into the back of the car.

The child in the Camry, 2-Year old Zachary Arnold, is in critical condition at Colquitt Regional Hospital ,with head and leg injures.

63-year-old Betty Hall was transferred Archibald Hospital with back injures. Kennedy and Pate were not seriously hurt. Charges against Pate are pending the outcome of the investigation.
