Albany- Six-term Congressman Mac Collins, (R)Georgia, says he's campaigning to win the election, not the fundraising race.

Collins hasn't raised as much money as his Republican opponents, Johnny Isakson and Herman Cain.

He hopes voters focus on his voting record in the House of Representatives.

"I'm the only candidate that has a 100 percent pro-life voting record, zero percent plan parenthood record and no other candidate can say that," Collins said.

Three Republicans, eight Democrats and an Independent are running to fill the seat of retiring Senator Zell Miller.
