Albany -- An Albany teen-ager fires a pellet rifle at a Dougherty County transit bus loaded with senior citizens.
This is the hole in the door of the bus where the pellet hit Thursday morning. No one was injured. 17-year-old Laurent Abney was arrested about 11 o-clock and charged with terroristic acts.
Investigators say there were six senior citizens on the bus in the 1300 block of Augusta Drive. The driver said he heard something hit his door on the 13-seat transit bus, and then saw Laurent fire a pellet rifle at the bus again.
Police say Laurent was arrested a few minutes later, still holding the pellet rifle.
