Albany- The past two Georgia Governors and many legislators put their support and millions of dollars behind the Flint Riverquairium, but Governor Sonny Perdue has reservations.

He's holding on to $1.4 million in state money Albany Tomorrow Incorporated says it needs to finish the project.

The Lieutenant Governor says he doesn't think this is a personal or political vendetta by the governor. He'll join local leaders to plead with Perdue to support the project.

"We're hoping that when he looks at the situation and sees that we have a 26 million dollar investment that the tax payers of Georgia have made that he would not want to see that investment go to waste."
