Albany - Tens of thousands of people came out to Albany's annual fireworks show Sunday night. Watchers lined the streets and filled the parking lot of the Civic Center.

There were a lot of "oohs an ahhs" as the fireworks, of all colors and designs, lit up the night sky. "I have always loved fireworks," said Lew Culpepper. "Albany always does a good job with the show, and we come out ever year."

Organizers say this year's fire works display was the largest ever. As many as 20,000 people were expected to attend the fireworks show.
