Lenox - U.S. Senate Candidate Herman Cain is working to win the votes of South Georgians.

Cain campaigned with farmers and business leaders in Lenox Monday. He lists his top priorities as improving the nation's social security system, income tax code, and health care system.

Cain says instead of a politician, he considers himself a problem solver. "A politician accepts incremental change, I call it band aids on symptoms to the problem," said Cain. "Problem solvers do surgery on the problem, they replace the tax code rather than just talking about reforming it."

Cain is a Republican running for the senate seat being vacated by Zell Miller. He's opposed in the primary by U.S. Representatives Johnny Isakson and Mac Collins.
