Colquitt County - A Colquitt County grand jury indicts a man for raping and killing a woman.
Investigators believe 24-year-old Ciriaco Ibarra Cardenas robbed, raped and beat 66-year-old Betty Lane to death in March at her mobile home on Overlook Drive.
A relative turned him in after he admitted killing Lane.
Cardenas is charged with murder, armed robbery, rape, aggravated battery and burglary.
