Albany -- The attorney for Phoebe Putney says the hospital is being unfairly targeted in a lawsuit against them. Phoebe is one of five non-profit Georgia hospital systems named in a class action lawsuit filed in federal court.

The suit claims Phoebe over charged uninsured patients and used harsh tactics to collect the debt. Attorney Rick Langley say the claims are false and the hospital is only being targeted for money.
