    We all know the Red Cross is there during big disasters like the tornado in Oklahoma. But the emergency to which they respond most is a house fire, and they desperately need volunteers to help.

Albany-- The young woman's body was found about three o'clock Wednesday afternoon. The 21-year old is identified as Gloria Williams, who was known to most people as Denise.

Williams lived with her husband and two-month-old daughter in an apartment at Glenwood Manor in the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue. Her body was found in their apartment.

Police aren't talking, but the victim's mother, Gloria Williams, is. "We got a call saying that my daughter had expired. We came right over, and we still don't know what happened."

Police are still on the scene. Crime scene technicians are there processing the scene. We are also told that the victim's husband has been taken to the police station for questioning.
