Fulton County - District Attorney Brown Moseley appeared before judge Thelma Wyatt Cummings Moore Monday in Fulton County.

He filed a lawsuit against the Sentence Review Panel of Georgia claiming it was unconstitutional, after they reduced the sentence of a woman who plead guilty to killing her boyfriend.

A motion to dismiss the lawsuit by the other parties was granted. Moseley says he plans to appeal the case to the Supreme Court of Georgia.
