Commissioner seeking re-election

June 12, 2004

Albany-- A Dougherty County commissioner is seeking reelection. District Three Commissioner Brenda Robinson Cutler made the announcement today in front of her home surrounded by supporters. She is currently serving her second term in office. Culter says she wants to continue with projects that are not only good for her district, but the entire community

"We gotten the Riverfront, the first tee program. We've gotten the community center that we are going to have in our neighborhood. I'm pushing for the Jackson Heights extended library systems so the kids can go to the library," says Cutler.

Culter first took that job of Commissioner after her husband former City Commissioner Don Culter died before his term was over. Bob Washington is running against Culter.
