Dawson-- A Dawson councilman, arrested for attacking a teenager earlier this year, is indicted by a grand jury. Fifty-four-year-old Joseph Breedlove was arrested in January.

In a case of apparent mistaken identity, Breedlove is accused of following a 16-year-old home, pistol whipping him, then shooting out the tires on the teen's car.

The grand jury handed down four indictments: Aggravated assault, cruelty to a child, possession of a firearm and possession of marijuana.
