Baker County - The Southwest Georgia Drug Task Force arrests a man for the same crime he's been convicted of twice before.

Thirty-two-year-old Joe Nathan Morgan, Junior, was arrested at his Newton home. Agents found 11 grams of crack cocaine with a street value of $11,000.

Morgan was charged with possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute.

He was convicted of the same charge in Mitchell County in 1993 and 1996.

He was let out of prison in 1999.
