Stabbing suspect remains at large

June 9, 2004

Tift County - The hunt continued Wednesday in Tift County for a man who stabbed a co-worker Tuesday morning. 27-year old Narciso Cruz remains on the run. He's charged with aggravated assault after stabbing a co-worker, Aubrey McCoy, at MacGregor Pallet Company in Tifton.

Authorities searched for Cruz in fields near the small town of El Dorado, but they called off the ground and air search Tuesday night. The search started up again Wednesday morning, but authorities haven't found Cruz yet. Cruz is a Hispanic man, 5'6" and 155 pounds. He's considered armed and dangerous.

Call the Tift County Sheriff's Office if you have any information about his whereabouts.
