Albany - An Albany man was shot while standing in his cousin's front yard. Around 2:00PM Wednesday, 22 year-old Cody Humphrey was standing outside a house in the 1600 block of Gardner Drive when he heard a few gunshots.
He says a bullet ricocheted off the house and hit him in the leg. Humphrey was taken to the hospital and should be okay. He couldn't identify the suspects, but he said he didn't think they were shooting at him.
