Albany- Albany City Commissioners are still trying to figure how to afford a fair pay raise for city employees.

All employees are likely facing a 5 percent increase in health care premiums.

Tuesday night, commissioners discussed several different pay raise options that won't be completely canceled out by the increase in insurance payments. Final decisions on the budget will be made later this month.
