Albany- Goody's Family Clothing is both a national and local sponsor for the Children's Miracle Network telethon.

Sunday, representatives from the Albany store presented CMN with a check for more than $15,000.

"We hope that next year's check is even larger. We're about almost halfway to that now and we're just six months into the year, so we're hoping that we beat this check next year," says Assistant Store Manager, Dean Weeks.

Goody's Family Clothing became involved with the Children's Miracle Network when CEO Bob Goodfriend's son was injured in a car crash.
