Albany-- A young woman wants South Georgians of all ages to have better health.
26-year-old Tina Marbury volunteers for the American Heart Association.
Wednesday, she was named Volunteer of the Year.
But, this young woman says she simply wants people to take better care of themselves and hopes her work helps, "I feel very strongly about it that people should eat right, exercise, take care of themselves. I just want to do whatever I can to help them achieve that goal."
Tina puts her money where her mouth is. She will run in her first marathon this weekend in San Diego.
